4. Buying and Owning Minutes
The Platform is based on a time-for-payment system:
  • Each minute of play costs €0.60.
  • Minimum purchase: 5 minutes.
  • Maximum purchase per transaction: approximately 833 minutes (€500).
  • Minutes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All financial transactions are processed securely by trusted payment providers, and personal data connected with payments is managed under our Privacy Policy and Payment & Refund Policy.
Why this matters: Unlike credit-based systems, our model is transparent: you buy minutes, and those minutes are deducted as you play.

5. Promotions and Promo Codes
From time to time, ZENTRY may run promotional campaigns on iqtrainpro.com and distribute promo codes to eligible users. These codes may provide a discount on the purchase price of minutes.
  • When you enter a valid promo code in the payment flow, you will receive the same number of minutes as a standard purchase, but at a reduced price.
  • Promo codes may be subject to specific conditions, such as:
    • Expiration dates,
    • Minimum purchase requirements,
    • Single-use or limited-use restrictions,
    • Geographic or account eligibility.
  • All promotions are optional and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Why this matters: This system rewards users with occasional discounts while keeping the value of minutes consistent. A promo code never increases the number of minutes you receive — it simply lowers the price you pay for them.
Example: If 100 minutes normally cost €60, and you use a valid 20% promo code, you still receive 100 minutes but pay only €48.
6. How Time Deductions Work
When you launch a game session:
  • Minutes begin deducting the moment you click Start.
  • The deduction continues until you fully close the game window or tab.
  • Minutes are deducted even if you are inactive or switch to another tab.
Why this matters: This ensures fair usage. Without this rule, users could leave games running indefinitely and avoid fair charges.
Example: If you start a game and walk away for 20 minutes without closing it, you will still be charged for the full 20 minutes.
7. Refund Rules and Exceptions
By default, all payments are final and non-refundable. Exceptions are granted only when:
  • A duplicate or erroneous charge occurs due to our system.
  • Fraudulent use of your payment method is confirmed, and you are not at fault.
Refunds are not available if:
  • You lose minutes due to connectivity issues, device problems, or inactivity.
  • You voluntarily close your account.
  • You simply do not use your purchased minutes.

8. Neurons and Level Progression
The Platform rewards activity through a Neurons system:
  • Each gameplay session earns Neurons (experience points).
  • Neurons accumulate to increase your level.
  • Higher levels unlock new games and add challenges to existing ones.
This data is tracked in your account and processed under the Privacy Policy.
Why this matters: Progression encourages engagement but should be understood as entertainment. It is not a scientific or medical evaluation of intelligence.
Example: After leveling up from Level 4 to Level 5, you unlock a new strategy game, while previous games increase in complexity.
9. Rules of Conduct
To ensure fairness and security, you must not:
  • Share or sell your account.
  • Use hacks, bots, or scripts to bypass time deductions.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Platform content.
  • Post unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

10. Intellectual Property

Our total liability for all claims is capped at the total amount you paid for minutes in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Termination


We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

Termination may result in forfeiture of all remaining minutes without refund.
